I have to share these pictures. They are of a house I viewed today while up here in the Sierra Foothills. It's a house I spotted for sale in an incredible location, with a unique architectural style. I thought of my friends, a couple of DIY's, who have a passion for such styling. I looked up the price with them in mind and was shocked to see how low it was. I shot my friends the link...they got excited. Next thing I knew, I was walking through the house with an agent, snapping lots of photos to send back home.
**WARNING - these pictures are rated N, for naughty.
I know - you think I'm crazy. But I see all kinds of potential with this kitchen and the attached dining area. Thankfully, I'm not alone. :)
Split-level design looking from the living room on up to the upper level family room.
Voila! Your master bath.
A circular waterbed sits on a raised floor still carpeted in the original shag. But look at the railing, the pine trees outside, the open floor plan. I'm so into the idea of fixing this place up!
A bedside lamp. Is it any wonder that there was a sign on this room's door that said "This Room is Rated X"? (I wonder if they'd throw this in with the house and bed?)
Second level family room.
Standing in the family room and looking across to the love den which sits above the downstairs living room.
And that my friends, is a 40 year old Nelson bubble pendant!
So what do you think? Am I crazy? Did you just lose faith in me? ;)
